The dream work was instrumental for me! Of course the location, meals and everything was AMAZING and wonderful. The magical aspect of taking care of myself is a big deal so I really look forward to the next adventure!
The Dream Retreat is a once and a lifetime experience. Every detail is thoughtfully taken care of, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the experience, the beautiful islands and the Italian culture.
What is has been most meaningful for me from this experience is realizing that I can connect to my soul is through my dreams. This has deepened my spirituality allowing me more peace, meaning and love.
I feel like my dreams are now a place where I can receive answers and connect with my Spirit Guides. I can now access my Inner Truth more easily and tap into the subtleties of what my Soul shares with me.
I think everyone should do a retreat like this, it's been great to go inside, connect with my inner wisdom and be able to do it in such a magical place has been very profound for me.

Day 2 - Explore Pizzo & Equinox Intention Setting
Welcome session and intention settingÂ
Explore Chiesa di Piedigrotta, the cave church by the sea.
Historic Pizzo walk through Piazza della Repubblica and the Aragonese Castle, enjoy classic Tartufo di Pizzo at its original home.Â
Dinner at local restaurant.
Day 3 - Tropea & Coastal Beauty
Morning dream session.
Spilinga farm visit with 'nduja tasting and slow Calabrian lunch
Tropea beach time, Santa Maria dell'Isola, historic center stroll and viewpoints.
Return to Pizzo for a relaxed dinner.
Day 4 - Coastal Exploration on Private Boat
Morning Dream SessionÂ
Transfer to Vibo Marina for a private boat day along the Coast of the GodsÂ
Sail past sea caves, swim in secluded coves, snorkel, and enjoy a light lunch or aperitivo on board with views toward Stromboli
Return to Pizzo with free time for shopping for coral jewelry, ’nduja, and bergamot goodies
Day 5 - Ancient Villages & Traditions
Morning Dream Session
Olive oil estate visit in harvest season – groves, pressing tour, guided tasting.
Traditional Calabrian lunch.
Explore the Medieval village of Gerace.
Pizza experience with one of Italy's most acclaimed pizza chef.Â
Day 6 - Mountain Spirituality & Full Moon Ceremony
Serre Mountains day trip.
Shinrin yoku (forest bathing)
Serra San Bruno village: artisan producers, visit Certosa di Serra San Bruno monastery, and a traditional trattoria lunch.Â
Calabrian winery tour with tastings of local varieties paired with cheeses and salumi
Return to Pizzo for a Full Moon ceremony.
Day 7 - Reggio & Scilla
Morning meditation and closing ceremony with Holly.
Visit Reggio, Calabria to explore the town center.
Free time for lunch.
Head to the beautiful ancient town of Scilla for a seaside stroll and views, then a waterfront farewell dinner with seasonal Calabrian cuisine and local wine
Day 8 - Arrivederci
Breakfast at your leisure.

Meet your co-host, Holly Emmerson:
Holly is a Dream Oracle who connects with Spirit and the Dream World to support others in their healing and awakening.

Giovanni is our Calabrian host and cultural guide. He grew up along this coastline and has spent the last 15+ years crafting intimate, meaningful journeys through his company, FTD Agency. With Giovanni, travel feels personal and easy - the kind of experience where you meet artisans by name, taste what is in season, and see the coast through a local’s eyes.
On this retreat + tour, Giovanni co-creates the week with Holly. He shapes the rhythm of our days, curates the cultural experiences, and handles logistics with kindness and care. He is not part of the dream sessions, yet his presence is woven through everything we do. The small touches, the warm introductions, the places you would never find on your own - that's what Giovanni brings.

- Beginning 7 days before the retreat and continuing throughout our 15-day journey, Holly will start your Night School - dreamwork that takes place in the Dream World while you sleep.
